On the ground floor of Teglværkskajen 27, you'll find the building’s shared common room. Residents can book the space for birthdays, christenings, study groups, dinner clubs, or similar gatherings. It offers room for both social moments and quiet focus – and saves you the hassle of rearranging your entire apartment when hosting larger groups.
Resident hotel – guest rooms
Expecting visitors from out of town or hosting family for a special occasion such as a confirmation or birthday? As a resident, you have the option to rent one of the building’s two guest rooms – also referred to as the resident hotel.
