Termination

Notice to terminate your tenancy

Your period of notice to terminate your tenancy is the current month + 3 months, so you will pay rent for the entire notice period. This is regardless of whether or not you want to move out before this date.

If you want to move out of the apartment earlier, you must inform us of this in your notice of termination, after which we will try to rent out the apartment earlier.

The notice of termination must be sent in writing using the form in the link below.

The notice of termination applies from the 1st of the following month.

Apartment viewings for potential tenants

During your notice period, you are required to allow potential tenants to view the apartment so that, wherever possible, we can avoid the apartment sitting empty. The date and time of viewings are arranged with you.

Moving out of the apartment

As stated in § 11 of the tenancy agreement, you must move out of the apartment before the end of the tenancy period so that the apartment can be refurbished in accordance with the tenancy agreement. You continue to pay rent during that period. This is regardless of whether or not you choose to refurbish the apartment yourself. The reason for this is that we must have the opportunity to inspect and approve the work that has been conducted before the new tenant moves into the apartment.
