Dogs/cats

You are generally not allowed to keep pets at our properties. However, at some of our properties we grant a dispensation allowing one small dog or one cat to be kept per apartment. At no time will dispensation be granted to allow two pets to be kept, or for reptiles or similar animals.

To apply for permission to keep a dog or cat you should complete the attached form. Once we have received the completed form, we will process the application and provide you with written feedback. You do not have permission to keep a pet until such time as you have received a confirmatory email from us.

Permission will not be granted to keep muscular dogs and breeds that are banned in Denmark. See the breeds listed in the Danish Act on Dogs. .

A dispensation is always granted on condition that the dog does not cause a nuisance to other tenants at the property and does not harm tenants or damage the property.

The dispensation can be withdrawn if the related conditions are not satisfied.

Small pets

You do not need to apply for permission to keep small birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters and small aquariums. However, it is a condition that they must be kept inside your apartment, as cages may not be set up on terraces/balconies. It is also a condition that they must not cause an odour or noise nuisance.

Apply below and see the application conditions.
