Here you find the parking options we offer to our residents at the different properties.
Renting a parking space requires that there are available spaces.

At Grønningen at Islands Brygge there are good parking options in the area. You can buy a resident license at the Municipality of Copenhagen which gives you access to 24-hour parking in the area.
CobraHave
CobraHave in Ørestad Syd has a closed basement parking, where it is possible to rent a parking space. The basement parking has electric charging stands.
HeerupHave
Heerup Have has basement parking with a limited amount of parking spaces for rent. The basement parking will have electric charging stands installed, and it is possible to charge electric and hybrid cars, if the resident has a subscription with Clever.
Teglværkskajen
Teglværkskajen in Teglholmen has a basement parking, where it is possible to rent a parking space. The basement parking has electric charging stands.
Trekronergade124
At Trekronergade124 in Valby there are good parking options in the area. You can buy a resident license at the Municipality of Copenhagen which gives you access to 24-hour parking in the area.
Kirkebjerg Parken
In Kirkebjerg Parken there is a parking space for one car at at ground level for every residence. The license plate of the car has to be registered via a link that you can get from the housing administration. Furthermore, you can rent a parking space in the basement parking, where it’s possible to charge electric and hybrid cars.
AstaHus
If you live in AstaHus in Aalborg, you can rent a parking space in C.W. Obel Ejendomme’s parking garage, which is located close by. In the parking garage it is possible to charge electric and hybrid cars.
