Noise and music

Noise
You must be considerate and avoid noisy behaviour. Where noise is unavoidable, the surrounding tenants must be informed in advance.
Technical aids must be installed so that they do not cause any noise or other nuisance to the property or its tenants.

Rules for using tools
Only between 08.00 and 20.00 on weekdays
Only between 10.00 and 18.00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Music and parties

As our tenant, you must show consideration when playing music so that other tenants are not disturbed. All doors and windows must be kept closed.

This is especially true during the following time periods
After 20:00 Sunday to Thursday
After 24.00 Friday and Saturday.

If you are having a party, you must put up a notice in your own stairwell and the neighbouring stairwell well in advance of the party so that your neighbours are informed.

At notified parties, music can be played until 02.00.
