As a resident, you have the option to rent a 1-room appartment, also known as the resident hotel.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions, please contact the housing administration at C.W. In addition, a deposit of DKK 500 is charged, which you will lose if you do not hand over the rooms tidy and clean.<\/p>\n<p>Check-in on the day is from 3 pm. Check-out the following day at 10 am at the latest. When renting a guest room, you\u2019ll receive an access code that is activated\/deactivated at the above-mentioned times<\/p>\n<p>We recommend that you examine the guest rooms etc. when you gain access to them. Any damages and defects must be reported to the administration at <a href=\"mailto:bolig@cwobel.dk\">bolig@cwobel.dk<\/a><\/p>\n<h5>As a tenant, you must bring<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Bed linen<\/li>\n<li>Towels<\/li>\n<li>Toilet paper<\/li>\n<li>Dish towels<\/li>\n<li>Cloths<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Rules and responsibilities<\/h5>\n<p>The use of the guest rooms must not cause noise nuisance or otherwise be a nuisance to the other residents. The doors must therefore always be kept closed and smoking is not allowed indoors.<\/p>\n<p>You are responsible for the behaviour of your guests and must be aware of that the right to rent the guest rooms again can be revoked if justified complaints are received from the other residents. In the event of damages to the guest room\/inventory, you will be liable for compensation.<\/p>\n<h5>Cleaning and tidying<\/h5>\n<p>The residential hotel must be handed over tidy and clean, the tableware must be washed, the floor vacuumed and washed, as well as the bathroom cleaned.<\/p>\n<p>A vacuum cleaner and cleaning products are available. In addition, all waste must be removed. There is a waste container in the yard.<\/p>\n<p>Remember to close the door and turn off the light when leaving.<\/p>\n<h5>Cancellation and deposit<\/h5>\n<p>If cancelling, please sent an e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:bolig@cwobel.dk\">bolig@cwobel.dk<\/a><br \/>\nThe deadline for cancellation is no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period.<br \/>\nThe deposit will be refunded in connection with the next rental payment.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cwobel-ejendomme.dk\/ejendomme\/trekronergade-124\/\">Trekronergade124 <\/a>is located in the popular \u201cForfatterkvarter\u201d neighbourhood in Valby \u2013 just a stone\u2019s throw from Copenhagen South Station, with access to regional trains, the S-train and the metro.<\/p>\n<p>Want to live in Valby?
