Residents can book the space for birthdays, christenings, study groups, dinner clubs, or similar gatherings. It offers room for both social moments and quiet focus \u2013 and saves you the hassle of rearranging your entire apartment when hosting larger groups.<\/p>\n<h5>Facts about the common room<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Maximum of 45 people<\/li>\n<li>Well-equipped kitchen with tableware<\/li>\n<li>Table and chairs<\/li>\n<li>Sofa area<\/li>\n<li>Toilet and wardrobe area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Rental and access rights<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>If you wish to rent the common room, please send an inquiry to <a href=\"mailto:bolig@cwobel.dk\">bolig@cwobel.dk<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Reservation can be made maximum 6 months in advance.<br \/>\nThe rent is DKK 1,500.<br \/>\nA deposit of DKK 3,000 must be paid.<\/li>\n<li>Disposal of the room is from 12 pm until the following day at 11 am.<br \/>\nWhen renting the common room, you\u2019ll receive an access code which is activated\/deactivated at the above-mentioned times.<\/li>\n<li>We recommend that you examine the common room when you gain access to it. Any damages and defects must be reported to the administration at <a href=\"mailto:bolig@cwobel.dk\">bolig@cwobel.dk.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>As a tenant, you must bring<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Dish towels<\/li>\n<li>Toilet paper<\/li>\n<li>Cloths<\/li>\n<li>Hand soap<\/li>\n<li>Towels<\/li>\n<li>Kitchen paper<\/li>\n<li>Dish washer brush etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Rules and responsibilities<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>The use of the common room must not cause noise nuisance or otherwise be a nuisance to the other residents. The room must be vacated no later than 1 am.<\/li>\n<li>Music and noise must not disturb the neighbouring tenants. The doors must therefore always be kept closed and guests standing outside the room must stay in the middle of the large square.<\/li>\n<li>It is not allowed to smoke indoors.<\/li>\n<li>The room must be vacated no later than 1 am.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for the behaviour of your guests and must be aware of that the right to rent the common room again can be revoked if justified complaints are received from other residents. As a resident, you have the option to rent one of the building\u2019s two guest rooms \u2013 also referred to as the resident hotel.<\/p>\n<h5>Facts about the guest rooms<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>2 guest rooms<\/li>\n<li>Can be rented individually or together<\/li>\n<li>Double bed, which can also be used as single beds<\/li>\n<li>Shared bathroom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Rental and access rights<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>If you wish to rent a guset room, please send a request to <a href=\"mailto:bolig@cwobel.dk\">bolig@cwobel.dk<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The rent is DKK 300 per night. In addition, a deposit of DKK 500 is charged, which you will lose if you do not hand over the rooms tidy and clean.<\/li>\n<li>Check-in on the day is from 3 pm. Check-out the following day at 10 am at the latest.
