Disposal of the room is from 12 pm until the following day at 11 am. We recommend that you examine the common room when you gain access to it. As a resident, you have the option to rent one of the building\u2019s two guest rooms \u2013 also referred to as the residents’ hotel.<\/p>\n 2 guest rooms If you wish to rent a guset room, please send a request to administration@cwobel.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n The rent is DKK 300 per night. In addition, a deposit of DKK 500 is charged, which you will lose if you do not hand over the rooms tidy and clean.<\/p>\n Check-in on the day is from 3 pm. Check-out the following day at 10 am at the latest. When renting a guest room, you\u2019ll receive an access code that is activated\/deactivated at the above-mentioned times.<\/p>\n We recommend that you examine the guest rooms etc. when you gain access to them. Any damages and defects must be reported to the administration at administration@cwobel.com.<\/a><\/p>\n Bed linen The use of the guest rooms must not cause noise nuisance or otherwise be a nuisance to the other residents. The doors must therefore always be kept closed and smoking is not allowed indoors.<\/p>\n You are responsible for the behaviour of your guests and must be aware of that the right to rent the guest rooms again can be revoked if justified complaints are received from the other residents.
